Ruf Nut Cake - A kitchen classic, the RUF Nut Cakes are baked with great anticipation. The cake tastes absolutely nutty using the included hazel nut icing. 
Preparation :Place baking mixture, 5.3oz butter or margarine, 3 eggs, and 6 fl.oz of milk in a bowl. Mix everything into a smooth dough (hand mixer level 3 for about 3 minutes). Grease and flour a loaf pan  (approx 10" long). Fill  the dough into to leaf pan.  Bake the cake in a preheated oven (360F) for about 60 minutes. After 15 minutes make an incision into the cake of approx.1/2" deep. Take a wooden stick to test if the cake is done after 60 minutes. After baking let the cake cool for about 10 minutes and then loosen the cake and remove it from the loaf pan. Mix the glaze with 2 Tbsp. warm water and distribute it with a knife over the cake. When the glaze is hard cut the cake in slices and serve. Enjoy!
