Dr. Oetker Red Wine Dessert Mix.An elegant dessert from Dr. Oetker All you need to add is
whipped cream and water. It's
quick and simple to prepare and there's no cooking involved. Beat whipping cream (125g) until stiff. In a separate bowl, add the Red
Wine and 6 Tablespoons of water (both should be room temperature). Be sure your bowls are clean and oil free or your dessert will not stiffen.
Add contents of package to the Red Wine mixture and beat with a hand
mixer on low setting to blend. Then beat for two (2) minutes at the
highest speed until thick and foamy. Add the stiff Whipped Cream to
your mixture by beating with hand mixer on the lowest speed until
blended. Add mixture to your Dessert Glasses and refrigerate for at
least one (1) hour before serving.
